Shipping Information
Small orders are generally packed for shipping by mail on the day of order, larger orders will be sent with a freight company. Your order should be received within 7 business days of the date of order - please contact us if the delay exceeds this.
Shipping Costs
Orders up to the value of $100 will attract a shipping cost of $7.95 inclusive of GST,
Orders up to the value of $199 will attract a shipping cost of $9.96 inclusive of GST,
Orders above $200 will not incur a shipping cost.
Returns & Replacement Policy
CAAW International will only accept product for replacement where:
- The product has been returned by a Retail Customer/Client in accordance with the 90 day money back guarantee;
- The product has been damaged in transit (despatched by CAAW International);
- The product has been despatched by CAAW International in error;
- The product is faulty.
CAAW International must authorise all product that meet the criteria for replacement (prior to the product being returned to the Company), by issuing a Credit Note number. (Forward a request by email to contact@caaw-international.com or by fax.)The product that has been authorised for return and replacement (Credit Note issued), must be received within 14 days from the Credit Note issue date together with proof of purchase (relevant CAAW International Invoice or original sales receipt showing date of purchase) AND, for security reasons, the Credit Note Number must be displayed on the outside of the parcel within the Sender’s details (Name & full address, and Credit Note Number). If these requirements are not met, the goods will not be accepted and the Credit Note Number will be deemed null and void.
Only product included under the Credit Note Number will be accepted by CAAW International. Any unauthorised product shall be returned to the Sender.
The freight costs for authorised replacement goods will be paid by CAAW International where:
- The product has been damaged in transit (despatched by CAAW International);
- The product has been despatched by CAAW International in error;
- The product is faulty.
Broken parcels will need to be retained until authorised by CAAW International as the courier company may require them for insurance purposes. CAAW International must be notified within 7 business days of receiving an order with damaged products or product damaged in transit or products that that been despatched by CAAW International in error.

In the event that a Retail Customer wants to return product within 90 days of purchase in accordance with our guarantee, the Retail Customer must provide CAAW International with a copy of the original sales receipt or CAAW International invoice showing the date of purchase together with the product and detailed reason for return. CAAW International will then forward a full refund or replacement product as may be required.
